LAHORE (Web Desk) - Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider has termed the Pakistan Peoples Party's (PPP's) experience of making alliance with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) a bad experience.

Speaking on a private TV programme, Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider said the 16-month experience of PPP's alliance with PML-N had not been good.

He said the Punjab government cheated the PPP on the issue of defamation bill. "They should not have done so," he said. Haider further said the opinion within the party for joining the government was not favourable.

"If the People's Party joins the government, it will have to carry the onus of failure," he said.
